- 1Dilute before use: 1–2 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil (such as jojoba, coconut or olive).
- 2Never apply undiluted to skin, and do not take internally.
- 3Patch test before first use.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best used within 12–18 months to preserve menthol content.

- Avoid eyes; patch-test suitable diluted products.
- Keep away from children; peppermint near young children can affect breathing.
- Acid reflux or hiatus hernia: menthol relaxes the oesophageal sphincter; may worsen symptoms.
- Gallstones: stimulates bile flow; check with your doctor.
- On cyclosporine or certain medications: may affect absorption.
For external use only. Patch test before first use, and stop if any irritation develops.
