Delivery

Orders are weighed and packed by hand, and are dispatched within one to two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are packed the following week.

You will receive an email confirming your order when you place it, and a second email when it leaves us.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and delivery is free on orders over £50. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and no charge is ever added after that point.

Standard UK delivery normally arrives within three to five working days of dispatch. Express UK delivery arrives within one to two working days and costs £5.99 on orders over £50, or £8.99 below that. Both are estimates rather than guarantees, because they depend on the carrier.

In law we must deliver within 30 days of the order unless we have agreed something different with you. If that has not happened, you can tell us to deliver by a new deadline, and if we miss that you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, contact us by email at herbishire@gmail.com or by post to Unit 20C, Moorlands Trading Estate, Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ, United Kingdom with your order number and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Order online and collect from the shop — there is no charge for it, and you can pick your order up whenever we are open. Choose Click & collect in the basket before you pay.

We will email you as soon as your order is packed and ready, which is normally within one to two working days. Please bring your order number with you.

Collect from Unit 20C, Moorlands Trading Estate, Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ, next door to Otto Antiques, open Thu–Sat 11.00am – 6.30pm.

Orders are held for 14 days. If you cannot get in within that time, tell us and we will keep it aside or post it to you instead.

We are not taking online orders from outside the United Kingdom at the moment. If you would like something sent overseas, email herbishire@gmail.com with what you want and where it is going and we will quote you the postage.

We can only deliver to the address you give at checkout, and we cannot change it once an order has been dispatched. Please check it carefully — a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly is not something we can recover.
