The plant

The mature leaves of Eucalyptus globulus come from a tall evergreen tree native to Australia.

What's in it

Cineole, also called eucalyptol, is a fragrant oil component responsible for much of the fresh eucalyptus scent.

How it works

Cold-season comfort: Eucalyptus leaf has a traditional place in preparations for coughs associated with colds. Aromatic character: Its oils are released when the leaf is prepared, creating the clean, penetrating scent that makes eucalyptus instantly recognisable. Use a preparation intended for the chosen route.

How to use
