By using this website and placing an order with Herbishire you agree to the following terms.

Products

Our products are traditional herbal preparations sold for general wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the product description, including cautions and allergen notes, before use, and consult a qualified healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. An order is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or refund any order — for example where stock or pricing errors occur.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are given on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delays caused by couriers are outside our control, but we'll always help chase a late parcel.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded if reported within 14 days of delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
